Green Thumb Collective is a community-focused organization dedicated to education, wellness, life skills development, community engagement, and youth entrepreneurship through programs, events, and educational experiences.
2. Participation and Eligibility
Our events and programs are open to individuals of all backgrounds unless otherwise stated for a specific activity. Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other attendees, volunteers, staff members, sponsors, vendors, and community partners.
We reserve the right to refuse service, admission, or participation to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the values of the organization.
3. Event Participation
Participation in Green Thumb events is voluntary. Attendees assume responsibility for their own actions and personal belongings while attending any event.
Event details, schedules, locations, and activities may change without notice due to weather, venue requirements, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Youth Programs
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children unless a specific program expressly states otherwise.
Participation in youth-focused programs, including but not limited to The Lemonade Lot™, Lemonade Launchpad™, and Launchpad Works™, does not create an employment relationship between participants and Green Thumb Collective.
5. Plant Swaps and Community Exchanges
Participants are responsible for the plants, cuttings, seeds, and items they bring to swap or share.
Green Thumb Collective does not guarantee the condition, identification, health, safety, legality, or suitability of any exchanged item. Participants accept all risks associated with receiving or exchanging plants and related materials.
6. Donations and Contributions
Donations made to Green Thumb Collective are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Donated funds are used to support the organization's mission, programs, educational initiatives, operating expenses, and community activities as determined by organizational leadership.
7. Ticket Sales and Event Fees
Unless otherwise stated, event registrations, ticket purchases, and participation fees are non-refundable.
In the event Green Thumb Collective cancels an event, refunds, credits, transfers, or alternative accommodations may be offered at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All Green Thumb Collective names, logos, branding, graphics, event names, program names, educational materials, and website content are the property of Green Thumb Collective or their respective owners and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
9. Photography and Media
By attending Green Thumb events, participants grant permission for photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during events to be used for educational, promotional, fundraising, marketing, and historical purposes without compensation.
Individuals who do not wish to appear in media should notify event organizers before or during the event whenever possible.
